Thank Goodness For Friday!!!

Words escape me when I attempt to describe how elated I am that it is finally Friday!!!!!
I know for my awesome fellow bloggers this week has gone by in a blur.
Not so much here in Back to School land...
But I promise, I am over the shock of being back to work so you will hear no more pity parties about it from me!

So let's get to the good stuff! First of all I would like to welcome all of my new followers! Thanks for joining me on my little adventure! Once in a blue moon, I'm certain it's just sheer dumb luck on my part, I just might post something helpful. (At least I try to be helpful!)

So here's my lineup for the weekend...I'm sharing with all of you because the civilians (non-writers) that I see day in and day out look at me like I have a third head when I tell them!

So here goes...

Saturday:
Sleep in...Starbucks...Finish revising Radiant Fury...print out Radiant Fury...more Starbucks...edit Radiant Fury...Go to dinner...possibly movies...get caught up on Young and The Restless.

Sunday:
Pretty much the same thing...I'll add the edits to my MS and send it off to the lovely Lindsay who has so graciously agreed to beta for me!

So there you have it. Barring the unforeseen this is my action plan for the weekend. Now do you see why the nonwriterly folks think I'm crazy?
What do you all have planned for the weekend? Whatever your plans, I hope it's fantastic!!!

I will be revising and editing some short pieces and hopefully get to typing up some of novel workings. I plan on eating myself to an early grave on Sunday. Pictures will be posted later next week. But definitely some sleeping in and naps on Saturday. mmmm, naps.

Good luck with your edits. I plan on enjoying the kids for their last 'summer' weekend. Two of mine start Tuesday and the other two start Wednesday. Hopefully, I can get back to a writing routine.

Enjoy your weekend.

Substitute Tim Horton's for Starbucks, add in prep for the start of school and that's kind of my weekend too :)

This weekend I'm encouraging my writing by writing in blogfests, on saturday I'm taking my girls out to see Despicable Me and sunday I'll probably read some homework and hang out with my kids and my guy. plus I'll read blogs randomly somewhere in there. LOL

Ah Starbucks. I wonder if it should be made avaliable on prescription for writers? :)

My weekend will go like this:

Saturday - Revision. Revision. Cry over revision. Food break. Revision.

Sunday - wip. Happy dancing knowing I'll be reading Radiant Fury soon.;)

I plan to at least spend ONE of the weekend day not working. Do I have time for my WIP, probably not. BOOOO! I need to give my eyes a break from the computer screen!

Young and the Restless? hah! My gosh, do they still look as young as they did 20 years ago?

Most civilians just don't understand!

I'll get some writing done early with coffee. After that, chores and my social life.

Hi Renae! I hope your weekend is going really well and you're getting all your writing and editing in (and your catching up on Y&R). That sounds wonderful. Busy, but wonderful.

I laughed at the part of your post when you said "it's just sheer dumb luck if you post something helpful." That's exactly how I feel, too. But YOU are helpful. Your blog is wonderful. Have confidence. :)
