Be Jolly By Golly

Today is the day...it's finally time for the Be Jolly By Golly Blogfest hosted by Jen and Melissa!

This year has been absolutely insane, but I'm excited for Christmas none-the-less. Once school is out and I manage to get my classroom situated I'll be all set.(Yes I have to move my room in the middle of the year!)

So here are some pics of what we do to celebrate Christmas...

The stockings...yes, the animals have their own.

The tree...

The house...

The luminaries...every year my neighborhood puts out luminaries on Christmas Eve. It's hard to see, but the effect is amazing.

So there you have a little peek into our Christmas. I can't wait to see what the rest of you have posted! I will not be posting for the rest of the week, as I mentioned earlier...I have to move my entire classroom. Plus all the cooking and baking, company coming...you get the idea.

I'll still be visiting your blogs though! I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas!!!!

Um, where's the snow? If you'd like, I can ship some to use. We've got a foot or more we can spare. ;)

Our presents aren't out yet. It would be too much of a temptation for my three kids.

Have a great Christmas. :D

Beautiful pics, Renae! Our dogs and guinea pigs had their own stockings, too! The guineas were oblivious (that we know of!) but our dogs always went to their stockings on Christmas morning. They knew there were special treats in there! :)

Lovely decorations! When I was a kid, my whole neighborhood put out luminaries on Christmas Eve, and it was so lovely. I'm glad to see your neighborhood takes part, as I don't see luminaries as often anymore.

You have a really cool neighbourhood with all those lights.

I wish we had that kind of thing here...or even stockings. It's just tree and presents here (on the 24th at night, no less!). Still, Chrismas is GREAT, no matter how you celebrate.

Merry Christmas to you!
