City Of Fallen Angels

How fortunate that C in the A-Z challenge fell on the day before one of my favorite authors releases the next installment in her fabulous series. That's right. City of Fallen Angels hits shelves tomorrow and I for one cannot wait. If you have not dove head first into The Mortal Instruments, I highly recommend that you do. You will not be sorry. From the moment I picked up the first book I was hooked. Cassandra Clare has a talent for weaving a beautiful story that pulls you in and holds on until the very end. As if that alone isn't enough, her covers are gorgeous. Have a look...
Still not convinced? Take a peek at the first three installments:

Now I'm even more anxious for tomorrow. Does anyone else ever feel like a little kid at times like this? I certainly hope so!

Okay and now last but certainly not least, the winner of my ARC of Possession...

The winner is VIVIEN! Thanks to everyone that helped spread the word about Elana's awesome book!

I am DYING to get this book. Have you heard the first chapter from the audiobook preview? Ed Westwick *sigh* reads from Simon's POV, and he is made of epic win. But the problem is, I listened to the first chapter, and now I'm suffering because I have to wait a bit more till the book comes out. *facepalm*

And yes, books like these make me VERY impatient when it comes to waiting. But hey, the wait is super worth it, right? ;)

My friend let me borrow all three of the City of Bones and I have yet to pick them up. Instead I was silly and picked up The Hunger Games and can't put them down until it's over!!!

Looks like I need to get onto the City series next :)

Congrat on your C post and your friends book. I am not in to sci-fi or fantasy. As a matter of fact I rarely read fiction any more. I just don't have the time. I am a voracious reader. I love books and reading.

Oh, these look interesting--gorgeous covers. I tend to be behind on the reading trend, but I remember that anticipation of 'the next one'--hope you last until tomorrow!

I haven't read that series, but I'm going to check it out now. I am certainly prone to moments of girly fandom when a book is coming out by a favorite author (especially when it is part of a series I'm already following).
