A-Z Challenge...R

R is for Renae! Oh yes, I am taking the easy road today. Thank you Jen for giving me this great idea that I'm stealing. This has been such a long week and my brain is fried! So since you made the trip over here let me share a few things that most of you no doubt probably already know.

1. I have a day job...teaching second grade and no I can't formulate coherent sentences at the end of the day.

2. I have two adorable kids. Scarlett and Schandon. Scarlett is the diva extraordinaire and her brother Schandon is the football playing saint that endures her antics.

3. I hate cheese. There I said it. (Want to gross me out? Force me to make mac & cheese. Yuck!!!)

4. But I do love chocolate cake. (Though I try to avoid it!)

5. I do have weird quirks. I like things in a certain order. I'm a little OCD about it to be honest.

Okay enough about me...well that is unless the rest of you have anything you are just dying to know. This is your one and only chance, otherwise share something about your wonderful self!

Gasp, you hate cheese! I love the stuff (a little too much), but I won't hold that against you since you love the same books as me. :D

How is it possible to hate cheese?

I have a day job too, mine is dreadfully boring. Yours sounds so much better. And you're going to hate this, but I don't much care for cake.

I don't have a 'day job' any more, since I just took early retirement!

I'm an 'empty nester' and starting to get used to having space and spare rooms! ;-)

I LOVE cheese - so send all yours my way, Renae!

I'll fight you for the chocolate cake and may the best woman win! (as long as it's me! ;-p)

I have no particular quirks or behavioural issues - other than that I seem to be married to someone who must have been a squirrel in a former life as he hoardes everything! I'm not obsessively tidy but I do get annoyed by the litte piles of books/letters/clothes etc that himself leaves all over the place!

LOL!! My post for tomorrow is VERY similar to this one

I always love to ask people who their celebrity teen crushes were!! :)

And yeah, the cheese thing is weird...never met anyone who hated cheese!

Glad to learn more about you. And I can relate to being fried at the end of the day.

I teach Gr 5/6 and can't form coherent sentences at the end of the day either! Thankfully it's a long weekend here! :)

I used to teach 5-8th grade language arts.
I started my own business -- Workshops with MM the Queen of English -- in February of this year.
I gear my workshops to writers who need help with the fundamentals of English.
I really like the A-Z challenge. My R is regular and irregular verbs. Your R is more fun.
