Last night I had the best movie experience of my life!!!!! Oh yes, even though I had to get up early, I had myself at the midnight release of Eclipse! Was it worth it! Heck yes! I was so excited I felt like a kid on Christmas morning. The best part? Little did I know when I pre-ordered my tickets online and opted for the VIP showing what it would entail...
No lines...No waiting...No rushing to find a seat. We strolled up to the lounge, found our reserved seats and waited for our food and drinks to be served. Of course I texted a picture of us to my sister who was back in Manhattan waiting in a line wrapped around the theater. (She loved that!)
And the movie was fantastic! I love reading a book and then getting to experience it on the big screen. So if you haven't gone to see it yet. What on earth are you waiting for?
Feel free to leave your thoughts...I love comments!
Well, I'm off for a much deserved nap. I promise to visit your blogs as soon as I'm done with my conference! I'm suffering from blogging withdrawals, but I am managing to get a lot of writing done!
Have a great day everyone!

Good job on getting writing done. I need to do more of that... job hunting is making me fall behind.
Unfortunately, I am not a Twihard. Or even a Twi-anything.
*runs and hides*
I'll be all over The Last Airbender on Friday, though. :D
How fun! I like the idea of being served. I haven't seen it (but dare I admit I haven't read it yet either?).
So glad you had a great time. Enjoy your nap . . . er, I mean "conference."
My friends here are crazy about this show too! There was no midnight showing here on Kauai so they planned to go to the 2:30 show, however...people camped over last night so we missed that one. We are planning to make the 5:30 showing and wait in line at 2:00. I wouldn't be caught waiting in such line, but they really want to go. :) Hope you're having a great time at the conference. BTW...I remember Ashley talking about going to the AMC theaters in Olathe. I LOVE that theater!!!!!!
My daughter is going to see this tonight.
I actually haven't read Twilight yet - but I do plan to do it this summer. :)
Oooh sounds awesome! I'm not into Twilight in general, just Jacob Black:) (and so is the hubs according to today's post!)
So jealous of your VIP treatment! I saw the movie today and it definitely didn't suck. I now have a crush on ALL the men in the movie (yes, I'm very visually promiscuous...). Plan on seeing it again soon.
Oh, and yay for getting some writing done!
I'm so jealous!! I was supposed to see it this morning with a group of friends, but ended up home with the kids while my husband traveled. So now I'm dragging him to see it on Saturday, but I can't gush over Edward with him next to me!!
Really? Well, its definetly good to go to the movies without queues and all that trouble =)
I'm not a fan but I heard it was better than the other two. Glad you enjoyed it!
